9. Can I find eco-friendly and organic baby products at Club Like Baby Store?

Yes, we offer a selection of eco-friendly and organic baby products for parents who prioritize sustainability.

You’ll receive an email once your order has shipped titled “Your Order is on the way”, containing your tracking link. Alternatively, you can log into your Dermavel Account and track your order.

  • Login into your Account here.

  • Check the fulfilment status for your order.

  • If the order has been fulfilled, select the order.

  • Click on the tracking link to be directed to your tracking.

Alternatively, you can use the link provided in your Shipping Confirmation Email.

What if my tracking hasn’t updated?

No stress! Tracking numbers typically update with couriers every 24-48 hours, however, additional delays may occur while your order is in transit.

In the first instance, check your tracking to understand if your order has been held up by the courier due to issues such as an incorrect address or Customs Fees.

If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, don’t panic, your order should still be on the way to you. However, if your tracking hasn’t updated in 6+ working days please get in touch with our Customer Support team who will be able to assist you.

For orders placed to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and Guam, please allow 14+ days for your tracking to update before contacting our team to investigate your order.

You can expect your order to be delivered as follows, based on your location: U.S Domestic: 2-5 days, delivered using UPS, DHL, Fed Ex, or USPS.

All international: 7-15 days delivered.

You may return any new, unopened, unused Club Like Baby product within fourteen (14) days from the day the product was delivered by the courier. Returned items must be in perfect and unused/unopened condition. Please allow up to 15 business days to process a return from the day that your items are received back in our warehouse.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately through our website’s chat widget, or by sending an email to hello@clublikebaby.com

We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please provide us with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect items. We may ask you to return the damaged or incorrect products and we will either send you a replacement or process a refund for you.

Our priority is to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase, and we will do everything we can to address any issues with your order.
